Save the date Jewels of Autumn 2025

Jewels of Autumn is CHI Health Lakeside’s annual fundraising event. Join us for a dazzling evening of celebration and generosity as we honor two outstanding individuals (announcement coming soon!).

Jewels of Autumn will take place on the campus of CHI Health Lakeside. The night will feature heavy hors devours, drinks, a silent auction, and a short program to highlight our honorees.

All funds raised will be used to enhance patient care, enrich staff well-being, and purchase or upgrade equipment and other items to support the hospital and its patients.
