St. Francis Tree of Love

At the St. Francis Foundation, Christmas is a time for remembering and honoring those that have left a mark on our lives. As is the tradition, the St. Francis Foundation's Tree of Love is adorned with ornaments displaying personal messages from family and loved ones, in honor or in memory of those who won't be forgotten.

The blessing of the Tree of Love will be Thursday, Dec. 7, 11:30 a.m., in the hospital lobby. Ornaments will be available for pick up after the blessing. Any ornaments that are not picked up will be placed on the Tree of Love for everyone to enjoy throughout the holiday seasons to come.

On the form below, choose the number of duplicate ornaments you would like, then enter the tribute information in the appropriate fields. Lines 1-3 are mandatory, 4 is optional. If you would like to purchase ornaments in honor of/in memory of multiple people, please fill out a new form for each tribute.
