Per Nebraska state law, lottery tickets must be purchased online with a DEBIT card only. You may not use a credit card. Entering your digital signature on the form indicates you understand and agree that your purchase is being made with a debit card.

Tickets will not be released until payment is made in full. Once paid, they can be picked up at the foundation office any time, or at the event.

To pay by installments on pay day, choose the monthly pledge option, enter the number of pay periods to split your ticket price over (1, 2, or 3), then enter the date for your first payment in the "Starting Date" field (i.e. if you choose three payments you can enter a starting date of May 2). Ignore the "Gift will be processed..." message. Payments will be processed on payday based on the schedule you choose.

The deadline to make an online ticket purchase is May 29, 2025.
