Join us May 30, 2025 for our annual Swing for the County golf tournament, to be held at the Logan-Missouri Valley Country Club. The proceeds from this event will be used to purchase or upgrade equipment and other items to support hospital and clinic operations, enhance patient care, and increase staff well being. Registration is now open.

Sponsorship opportunities include:
◊  Dinner sponsor - $1,000, and Lunch sponsor: $500: includes a sign near or on the tables at lunch or dinner
◊  Hole #1 sponsor - $300: includes a sign on hole 1
◊  Putting Green sponsor - $200: includes a sign on the putting green.
◊  Hole sponsor for Two Events - $250: includes a 12" high by 18" wide sign with your business listed on it at various holes around the course, for both Swing for the County and Playing in Pink.
◊  Hole sponsor - $150: includes a 12" high by 18" wide sign with your business listed on it at various holes around the course.
◊  Employee sponsor - $100: This year, we're hoping you might also join us in sponsoring a hard-working CHI Health employee by treating them to a game of golf! It's a great way to tell a special employee "Thank you!" for their hard work and dedication to our patients!
