There are several ways you and/or your business will be able to participate in this new, fun event:
• Register a team and enjoy the day.
• Sponsor a hole for this year’s event.
• Donate gift cards or “swag” from your business.
• Sponsor a CHI Health employee.
• All of the above!

Sponsorship opportunities include:
» Hole #1 sponsor - $300: includes a 12" high by 18" wide sign with your business listed on it at hole #1.
» Hole sponsor - $150: includes a 12" high by 18" wide sign with your business listed on it at various holes around the course.
» Employee sponsor - $100: This year, we're hoping you might also join us in sponsoring a hard-working CHI Health employee by treating them to a game of golf! It's a great way to tell a special employee "Thank you!" for their hard work and dedication to our patients!
