Good Samaritan Tree of Love

At the Good Samaritan Foundation, Christmas is a time for remembering and honoring those that have left a mark on our lives. For Christmas 2025, the Good Samaritan Foundation's Tree of Love will be adorned with ornaments displaying personal messages from family and loved ones, in honor or in memory of those who won't be forgotten. Orders are due by Nov. 21, 2025.

The blessing of the Tree of Love will be Thursday, Dec. 4, 11:30 a.m., in the hospital's west tower. Families may participate by hanging their ornament during the blessing. All ornaments may be picked up in the west tower by January 5, 2026. Please join in this annual tradition at Good Samaritan hospital.

Choose the number of duplicate ornaments you would like, then enter the tribute information in the appropriate fields. Lines 1-3 are mandatory, 4 is optional. If you would like to purchase ornaments in honor of/in memory of multiple people, please fill out a new form for each tribute.
