CHI Health Missouri Valley and the CHI Health Community Memorial Foundation are hosting the 2024 Beauty-ful and Beast-ly Ball. This magical and hypnotic event will take place on Sat., April 27, from 6 - 10 p.m. at Calvary Falls Events Center, 2697 Niagara Trl., Logan. The event will feature the amazing talents of DJ Shane Major of SBC Event Services and the comical and hyponitising hypnotist, Rick Bultez, performing at 8 p.m. 

Dress recommendation is black tie formal but it is NOT required! We are encouraging attendees to come dressed as what they want to be ... either the BEAUTY (cocktail dresses, suits, business attire, that little black dress in the back of your closet, etc ...) OR the BEAST (jeans, flannels, a Beast costume, business casual, etc ...). Come ready for a fantastic evening of great music, a great show, and great FUNdraising for our Foundation! 

Sponsorships and individual tickets are available for purchase. We are also seeking donations of gift certificates, items, baskets, etc ..., for game prizes that would showcase your business! You will be listed in a program available on the tables the evening of the event and we encourage business cards that will be available for attendees to take that evening!
