Gift-in-Kind Donations
The outreach from the community wishing to support our mission has been tremendous. Per CDC guidelines, we currently are not accepting hand sewn face masks for use at CHI Health hospitals. Your financial support allows us to provide help where it is needed most. If you wish to support our nurses, physicians, and staff working on the front lines while also supporting local businesses, we recommend donating a gift card from a local restaurant to provide a meal for front line team members. At this time, we are not accepting homemade food items.

To make a G.I.K. donation, please go to our Gift-in-Kind Donation form, choose the appropriate foundation, and consult with the foundation representative listed before completing the form.  We want to ensure the gift is within our guideline policy. Once approved, please complete and submit the G.I.K. form and make arrangements for delivery of your gift(s).
